Nectresse Natural Sweetner is 100% natural zero calorie and made from monk fruit. This product contains no sacralose. Monk fruit is 150x sweeter then sugar.  Think nectresse is only for your coffee or tea? Well let me open your mind a bit. 

You can use nectresse for baking too.  1/4 teaspoon is the equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar. Try it as a substitute in anything and everything like breakfast pancakes, pies, beverages, sauces like tomato sauce, enchilada sauce and much much more. 

I really tried to bake a pancake/ crepe sort of thing but it was a disaster. Ha ha Some people are great chef's and others are great eaters i fall into the eater category  Although I have had my husband add it to the spaghetti sauce to cut the bitter and I have used it in my enchilada sauce and it worked great compared to the sugar I usually would use. I also tried it on my bitter strawberries and it taste great!

Colgate Optic White

First off I have to say is wow! I have been using Colgate optic white for about 3 weeks now and I feel so much more confident in my smile I really never used to smile with my teeth as you can see in the pic I posted below. Since I have been using the Colgate optic white system I received complimentary from Influenster I have noticed that my teeth are 3 shades lighter and my breath is so much fresher then its ever been morning breath is such a thing of the past. I feel more confident giving morning kisses to my love first thing in the morning.

Let me add that I am a smoker and dedicated coffee drinker so the thought of anything making my teeth whiter and younger looking as well as freshening my breath was very enticing to me. Although I started off thinking it really wouldn't be that successful in doing what it says it does. And with trying this in a dedicated routine of twice a day it has really helped. thank you Colgate optic white.

Belvita Breakfast Biscuit's are great they aren't empty calories, like most cookies have. These are a great source of fiber, whole grains and vitamin b's.

I like to crumble them  up and pour the crumbs over my low fat yogurt for that extra something my breakfast needs.  Studies show that people who are dieting benefit greatly by choosing the quality carbohydrates and eating breakfast in the morning. By eating belvita breakfast biscuits i found that I had felt filled and not weighed down by eating too much of the wrong foods. Colgate Optic White Regimen is pretty awesome. Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel is such a fantastic product and with the convenience of individual towelettes  you can take these anywhere with you for an easy fresh up. My nice and nephew drove 16 hours to my house from Oregon and on their way back I made sure I sent them with some cause i know there's nothing ickier then a rest stop to freshen up.  You can buy these anywhere for about $5.99.
