Belvita Breakfast Biscuit's are great they aren't empty calories, like most cookies have. These are a great source of fiber, whole grains and vitamin b's.

I like to crumble them  up and pour the crumbs over my low fat yogurt for that extra something my breakfast needs.  Studies show that people who are dieting benefit greatly by choosing the quality carbohydrates and eating breakfast in the morning. By eating belvita breakfast biscuits i found that I had felt filled and not weighed down by eating too much of the wrong foods. Colgate Optic White Regimen is pretty awesome. Vaseline Spray and Go total moisturizer is a great product. It comes out in one continuous spray so you can put on a thin layer of lotion that isn't greasy or gunky and absorbs in seconds. I love using this on my whole family especially my daughter she likes the fun part of getting sprayed as well as rubbing in the lotion. Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel is such a fantastic product and with the convenience of individual towelettes  you can take these anywhere with you for an easy fresh up. My nice and nephew drove 16 hours to my house from Oregon and on their way back I made sure I sent them with some cause i know there's nothing ickier then a rest stop to freshen up.  You can buy these anywhere for about $5.99.
